EDDS Limited are pleased to have been involved in the refurbishment of a new Cat A office areas and common ways for Great Portland Estates in Central London.
The development consisted of 2 levels of office space to a Cat A standard and left ready to be fitted out by an incoming tenant.
The project also involved refurbishment of the front and rear reception areas, cycle store toilet and shower areas
The works involved new mains distribution, new DALI controlled lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm and small power, data and security services.
